Tasting room draft list

IPA’s:
Mountain Breeze (Hazy IPA) – 6.5%: Mountain Breeze is our first Hazy IPA using hand selected hops from Yakima, WA.   Walking through the fields of Citra and Simcoe were the inspiration behind this project. 
DDH Expressions (Hazy IPA) – 6.5%: Hazy IPA double dry-hopped with Galaxy and Amarillo.
Electric Countach (Hazy IPA) – 6.5%: A Hazy IPA that combines two of our favorite hops, Citra and Strata. Strata produces a unique passion fruit and cannabis aroma, while blending well with Citra.
Citra Sensation (Hazy IPA) – 6.5%: Citra was used in both the boil and the heavy dry-hop. This soft beer has a unique tropical and juicy hop flavor.
DDH Citra Sensation (Hazy IPA) – 6.5%: Our beloved Citra Sensation recipe that we double dry-hopped. Citra was used in the boil, first dry hop, and second dry hop.
Sector 630 (Hazy IPA) – 6.5%: A hazy IPA heavily dry-hopped with Experimental Hop 630.
Super Sessions (Hazy Session) – 5.5%: A Hazy IPA that is lower in ABV, but packs the same amount of hop flavor and punch.
Space Trip (Hazy IPA) – 6.6%: A Hazy IPA that’s heavily dry-hopped with experimental hops 586 and 630. This unique combo creates a mango, orange, cherry, and raspberry flavor.
Haze Finder (Hazy Pale Ale) – 5.4%: Hazy Pale Ale brewed with Simcoe.
DDH Broken Clutch (Hazy IPA) – 6.8% : This heavily dry-hopped Hazy IPA utilizes Mosaic, Simcoe, Azacca. Expect tropical fruit, mango, resin, and passionfruit flavors.
Seasonal:
**Nitro Galway Stout – 4.2%: A traditional Irish Stout that has flaked barley and roasted malt.
**Nitro Bitter Bollocks – 5.0%: A traditional English Style Ale.
Midnight Lager – 5.1%: A Dark Lager brewed with a blend of our favorite German malts.
Czech Pils – 5.0%: A crisp and refreshing Czech style Pilsner dry hopped with Saaz.
Warwick Wit (Orange) – 5.5%: A Traditional Belgian Wit that is complex and refreshing.
Red Tail Pale Ale – 4.9%: Clear, clean, and refreshing. Our American Pale Ale recipe that is dry-hopped with Citra.
Margarita Shandy – 4.2%: Lager blended with lemon and lime juice.
Cabin Fever – 6.7%:  Our Milk Stout recipe with Cinnamon and Vanilla added post fermentation.
PHL to LHR (Brown Ale) – 5.3%: An English Brown Ale that uses the toastiest malts we could find. Expect a clean and drinkable ale that is packed with toasted, chocolate, and bread crust flavors.
Doppelbock – 8.0% (12oz pour): Often referred as a beer that tastes like “liquid bread”. This lager has notes of toasted bread, toffee, and maltiness.
Cranberry Shandy – 4.5%: A clean ale mixed with cranberry.
Pickaxe Pils – 4.5%: Our original Dry-hopped Pilsner, Pickaxe Pils!
Midnight Coffee Run – 7.4%: A Milk Stout aged on cinnamon and Backyard Beans coffee.
Raspberry Farmboise – 5.2%: Heavy fruited beer fermented with hundreds of pounds of Raspberry.

Tasting room FAQs

Our intention is to provide the best experience possible for our patrons. We have a few ground rules we ask all customers to follow: 

  1. Coolers are subject to search while on premise
  2. No dogs are allowed due to insurance reasons. Guide and support dogs are allowed with proper paperwork
  3. No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed
  4. Children must be supervised at all times. We ask for them to stay off of the hop field, retention basin, trees and adjoining golf course
  5. Have fun and be respectful of others
