IPA - New England / Hazy
5.5% ABV
A Hazy IPA that is lower in ABV, but packs the same amount of hop flavor and punch. We dry-hopped entirely with Citra and added a large amount to the whirlpool. Oats were used in the mash to increase the mouthfeel.

Triple IPA heavily hopped with Nectaron, Simcoe, Cryo Citra, and T90 Citra.

A collaboration with our great friends from Lost Tavern. A Hazy IPA heavily dry hopped with Nectaron, Citra, and Bru-1. This combo of hops produces an intense tangerine, candied peach, and pineapple flavor

A Hazy IPA hopped heavily with Citra, Vic Secret, and Amarillo. Expect aromas and flavors that include intense citrus, mango, and tropical fruit. Oats were added to the mash to create a soft body.

Our beloved Citra Sensation recipe that we double dry hopped. Citra was used in the boil, first dry hop, and second dry hop. Expect a smooth and tropical flavor that highlights one of our favorite’s hops.

An American IPA brewed with Mt. Hood, Bravo, Simcoe, and Chinook. Collab with Rooster Street and Troegs.
IPA - New Zealand
6.5% ABV
A DDH Hazy IPA that highlights one of our favorite hops, Nelson Sauvin. This New Zealand produces a unique white wine and tropical aroma and flavor. Oats were added to the mash to increase the mouthfeel.
IPA - New England / Hazy

Citra, Galaxy, and Amarillo were selected for our double dry-hop. Citra was used for the first hopping. We followed up by adding in a generous amount of additional Citra, Galaxy, and Amarillo to the primary dry-hop. Oats were used in the mash to balance out our heavy dry-hop.

A Hazy IPA that combines two of our favorite hops, Citra and Strata. Strata produces a unique passion fruit and cannabis aroma, while blending well with Citra. Oats were used in the mash to create a large mouthfeel.

A Hazy IPA double dry-hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Azacca. Expect aromas and flavors that include tropical fruit, mango, and dankness. Oats were added to the mash to help create a soft body.
Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian
5.0% ABV
Our Czech Pils. Clean, hoppy, and enjoyable.
Pilsner - Other
6.0% ABV
Our Juicy Pils base recipe double dry-hopped. Citra was used in the first and second dry hop to create a smooth and flavorful Pilsner. This beer went through our normal lager fermentation so it will taste crisp and refreshing. Expect a juicy and crisp beer with a touch of haze!
Lager - American
4.1% ABV

Bock - Single / Traditional
6.2% ABV
A traditional Bock using high-quality German malts.
Cider - Other Fruit
4.2% ABV
A semi-dry hard cider fermented on hundreds of pounds of plum.
Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche
5.2% ABV
STORE UPSIDE DOWN - ENJOY RIGHTSIDE UP A Traditional Belgian Wit that is complex and refreshing. We freshly zest oranges on the brew-day and add them into the whirlpool with a touch of cracked coriander. Please store upside down and enjoy right-side up! This allows the yeast to fall back into suspension where much of the flavor is.

A golden German-style beer that has a pleasant hop character.
Shandy / Radler

A clean ale mixed with cranberry. Perfect for the holiday season!

Hazy IPA brewed with Anchovy and Zumo hops grown on Segal Ranch. Candied watermelon and fresh lime zest.
Stout - Irish Dry
4.2% ABV
A traditional Irish Stout that has flaked barley and roasted malt. Extremely flavorful and crushable at 4.2%
