Let Us Host Your Private Event

Our tasting room is unavailable to rent on the days we are open, Wednesday – Sunday. Private Events are only hosted at WFB on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please fill out the form located below to provide us with more information about your event. Due to the number of inquiries, please allow 2 to 3 business days for contact by email. Thank you! 

Special notes

This form is for an event request and does not guarantee any form of booking or reservation or agreement with Warwick Farm Brewing. At this time, we do not host events for guests under 21, birthdays, graduation parties, etc. Should guests be under 21 we must be notified in advance. During normal business hours, we do not offer table reservations. The tasting room tables and seating areas are on a first-come first served basis.
