A Traditional Belgian Wit that is complex and refreshing. We freshly zest oranges on the brew-day and add them into the whirlpool with a touch of cracked coriander. Please store upside down and enjoy right-side up! This allows the yeast to fall back into suspension where much of the flavor is.

Mountain Breeze is our first Hazy IPA using hand selected hops from Yakima, WA. Walking through the fields of Citra and Simcoe were the inspiration behind this project. Citra has provided peach-ring, passionfruit and intense tropical flavor. Simcoe added stone fruit, intense citrus and mild pine.

A Danish Lager that has been cold conditioned for an extended period of time. We used our Pilsner malt to help create a clean and crisp lager.
Chapter 4- Northern Blue

Northern Blue is a saison that was aged in a barrel with our house wild culture. After 6 months in the barrel, we transferred the brew to stainless steel, where we added butterfly pea flower and Motueka hop pellets. The result is a beautiful purple/blue colored sour that has a delightful candied lemon, herbal, and floral flavor.
