Warwick Farm Brewing is seeking motivated part-time event staff. Candidates must be hard-workers that care about the success of Warwick Farm Brewing events.

    Ability to work ALL or most of the 2023 event schedule below:

Shifts include 10AM to 4PM and 4PM to 10PM

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Sanitation

• Lining trash cans before event around the property
• Monitoring trash during event and ensuring cans are not at capacity
• Making sure all outdoor trash cans are emptied after the event
• Picking up any loose trash in the on the property during and after the event
• Stocking and restocking paper products in the bathrooms before and during the event

Parking

• Assist in parking customers in lots 1, 2 and 3
• Shuttling customers from lots 1 and 3 when needed via golf cart
• Ensuring customers are parking in the proper locations on the property
• Managing traffic flow between lots and pedestrians
• Providing accurate counts of available spots
• Monitoring vehicles for prohibited items such as outside beverages or dogs
• Turning cars away when at capacity or offering alterative parking options (check with manager before making suggestions on days of events)

Miscellaneous:

• Monitor guests for any prohibited beverages on site
• Alert management of any service and/or safety issues
• Assist in running kegs to the biergarten when called upon

The ideal candidate for Warwick Farm Brewing Tasting Room staff will:

• Believe in the Warwick Farm Brewing brand
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be responsible and trustworthy
• Be able to lift 50 lbs
• Be able to tap a keg
• Be able to adopt Warwick Farm’s core values
• 21 years or older
• Have High School Diploma or GED equivalent
