How did you get involved with WFB? 

I started home-brewing in 2015 and worked on recipes until we opened.

What do you do outside of the brewery? 

I am a big video gamer and I love playing golf!

What do you do at WFB?

I clean up a lot and move beer from here to there.  

How did you get involved with WFB? 

I got involved with WFB after I was working with one of the owners doing construction. I realized brewing was much more exciting. 

What do you do outside of the brewery? 

I like to DJ, go to EDM festivals and play ice hockey

What do you do at WFB?

Head brewer.  

How did you get involved with WFB? 

I got involved with WFB from knowing Ryan and working with him at our previous job.  I met him through his cousin years ago which led to him helping me get a job at Keystone Homebrew Supply. 

What do you do outside of the brewery? 

Golf and traveling and experiencing new cultures. I love my wife and my golden retriever Otto.

The last concert I attended was years ago at the XTU anniversary show.

What do you do at WFB?

I’m an ideas guy. Just kidding. I’m usually the one to blame if the website doesn’t work. 

How did you get involved with WFB? 

I worked with some craft breweries when I lived in Colorado and when I moved back East I thought I could lend my experience to a high school friend.  

What do you do outside of the brewery? 

Spend time with my kids and wife. Oh and Phish tour.

What do you do at WFB?

Assist the brewers throughout the week by cleaning and organizing the brew house to streamline production and distribution of our craft beers and merchandise. I also help with landscaping the property to create a serene atmosphere for our beloved patrons who come for service on the weekends, come Saturday I ditch my dirty clothes and don a clean shirt and support customer service by running, pouring, and engaging with customers over a shared passion for beer.

How did you get involved with WFB? 

I was drawn to our hop-fields like a moth to light, driving by one day I observed the farm and already having a passion for brewing decided to apply online through our website for a part-time service position and as fate would have it that opportunity blossomed into a full-time position.

What do you do outside of the brewery? 

Market-research at local bars.

Do you have a nickname?

My name is Swampy but some people call me Matt.
