Our tasting room opened on February 11th 2022. This 5,000 sq/ft space features over 24 draft lines with plenty of seating plus a large fireplace surrounded by its own seating area. A 1,500 sq/ft wrap-around deck surrounds the space offering amazing views over 22 acre property.
In our award-winning beer garden, we now feature an 18-foot trailer with its own draft tap lines, and a number of outdoor events already planned for 2022.

Blurred Vision by Chez – 8.2%: A double IPA trip to Chez-Land. OUTSTANDING!
Orange Octane – 6.8%: A Hazy IPA brewed with Citra and 3 experimental hops. We get a major tangerine aroma along with a really unique pina colada flavor that comes from one of the experimental hops.
**Nitro Midnight Lager – 5.1%: A Dark Lager brewed with a blend of our favorite German malts. Expect an extremely toasty dark lager that has a pleasant chocolate flavor.
**Nitro Galway Stout – 4.2%: A traditional Irish Stout that has flaked barley and roasted malt. Extremely flavorful and crushable at 4.2%
Vagabond (12oz.) – A Triple IPA brewed with Simcoe and Strata.
Loki – 6.9%: A Nordic-Inspired hazy India Pale Ale brewed with Loki yeast.
Czech Pils – 5.0%: A crisp and refreshing Czech style Pilsner dry hopped with Saaz. The dominant flavors are the Saaz hops and the clean Pilsner malt we use.
Helles – 5.5%: An unfiltered Helles that uses traditional German malts in the mash to help create a malt-forward beer.
Last Minute (Hazy IPA) – 6.4%: A Hazy IPA brewed with Simcoe, Sabro, Bru-1, Citra, and Azacca hops.
El Dabro (Hazy IPA) – 6.4%: A hazy IPA brewed with El Dorado and Sabro hops.
Hibiscus Cider – 5.0%: Our brewers used our favorite house yeast and then added Hibiscus to the fermenter. It’s light, crushable, and extremely flavorful!
Maize For Daize (Pilsner) – 5.0%: Pilsner brewed with the just right amount of Maize (corn).
Black Currant Gose – 5.2%: Our traditional Gose brewed with sea salt and coriander.
Margarita Shandy – 4.5%: A clean German lager mixed with salt and lime juice.
Red Tail Pale Ale – 4.9%: Our American Pale Ale recipe that is generously hopped with Citra. Pale and Munich malts were used in the mash to create a flavorful backbone for the citrus hop flavor.
Central Confusion – 5.6%: A Hazy IPA brewed with Simcoe and Sabro.
Dangerous Dan – 6.5%: A Hazy IPA that is heavily dry-hopped with Galaxy and Citra. We used malted oats and wheat to balance the large dry hop.
Little Umbra – 5.5%: Our Umbra recipe scaled back to 5.5%. Citra and Sabro were used in the dry hop to create a peach, tangerine, and pina colada flavor.
Electric Countach – 6.5%: A Hazy IPA that combines two of our favorite hops, Citra and Strata.
