Our tasting room opened on February 11th 2022. This 5,000 sq/ft space features over 24 draft lines with plenty of seating plus a large fireplace surrounded by its own seating area. A 1,500 sq/ft wrap-around deck surrounds the space offering amazing views over 22 acre property.
In our award-winning beer garden, we now feature an 18-foot trailer with its own draft tap lines, and a number of outdoor events already planned for 2022.

Tasting room draft list

Strataspheric (Hazy IPA) – 6.3%: A Hazy IPA that combines two unique hops, Strata and Simcoe. Strata produces a unique passion fruit and dank flavor. 
Close Encounter (Hazy IPA) – 6.5%: A Hazy IPA that uses a new technique in whirlpool and dry hopping. We used a blend of hops that promotes peach, lemon zest, and tropical fruit flavors.
Electric Countach (Hazy IPA) – 6.5%: A Hazy IPA that combines two of our favorite hops, Citra and Strata.
Space Trip (Hazy IPA) – 6.6%: A Hazy IPA that’s heavily dry-hopped with experimental hops 586 and 630. This unique combo creates a mango, orange, cherry, and raspberry flavor.
DDH Umbra (Hazy IPA) – 7.0% (12oz. pour): Our Umbra recipe double dry-hopped with Citra and Sabro.
Tropic Nights (Hazy IPA) – 7.0% (12oz. pour): A Hazy IPA that has an intense tropical fruit drink flavor. This hop combo produces a pineapple, tangerine, grapefruit, and piña colada flavor that reminds you of a beach-front.
Citra Sensation (Hazy IPA) – 6.5%: Citra was used in both the boil and the heavy dry-hop. This soft beer has a unique tropical and juicy hop flavor.
Seasonal:
**Nitro Galway Stout – 4.2%: A traditional Irish Stout that has flaked barley and roasted malt. Extremely flavorful and crushable at 4.2%.
Doppelbock – 8.0% (12oz. pour): Often referred as a beer that tastes like “liquid bread”. This lager has notes of toasted bread, toffee, and maltiness.
Warwick Wit (Orange) – 6.0%: A Traditional Belgian Wit that is complex and refreshing.
Czech Pils – 5.0%: A crisp and refreshing Czech style Pilsner dry hopped with Saaz. The dominant flavors are the Saaz hops and the clean Pilsner malt we use.
Margarita Shandy – 4.5%: A clean German lager mixed with salt and lime juice.
Juicy Pils (Dry-Hopped Pilsner) – 6.0%: Our award-winning Pilsner recipe heavily dry-hopped with Citra.
Black Currant Gose – 5.2%: Our traditional Gose brewed with sea salt and corriander. A large amount of black currants were added to the second fermentation.
Farmhouse Cherry Cider – 4.8%: Our brewers used our favorite house yeast and then added tart cherries to the fermenter.
