Our tasting room opened on February 11th 2022. This 5,000 sq/ft space features over 24 draft lines with plenty of seating plus a large fireplace surrounded by its own seating area. A 1,500 sq/ft wrap-around deck surrounds the space offering amazing views over 22 acre property.
In our award-winning beer garden, we now feature an 18-foot trailer with its own draft tap lines, and a number of outdoor events already planned for 2022.

IPA’s: 
Citra Sensation (Hazy IPA) – 6.5%: Citra was used in both the boil and the heavy dry-hop. This soft beer has a unique tropical and juicy hop flavor. 
B3rthday Beer (Hazy IPA) – 6.5%: We selected our favorite hops and combined them into a DDH Hazy IPA.  
DDH Electric Countach (Hazy IPA) – 6.5%: DDH Hazy IPA brewed with Citra and Strata hops. 
DDH Citra Sensation (Hazy IPA) – 6.5%: Our beloved Citra Sensation recipe that we double dry-hopped. Citra was used in the boil, first dry hop, and second dry hop. 
Sector 630 (Hazy IPA) – 6.5%: A hazy IPA heavily dry-hopped with Experimental Hop 630.  
DDH Blurred Vision (Hazy Double IPA) – 8.0% (12oz. pour): Our original Blurred Vision recipe, but double dry-hopped! 
Super Session (Hazy Session) – 5.5%: A Hazy IPA that is lower in ABV, but packs the same amount of hop flavor and punch. 
Seasonal: 
**Nitro Galway Stout – 4.2%: A traditional Irish Stout that has flaked barley and roasted malt.  
**Nitro Bitter Bollocks – 5.0%: A traditional English Style Ale.  
Midnight Lager – 5.1%: A Dark Lager brewed with a blend of our favorite German malts.  
Czech Pils – 5.0%: A crisp and refreshing Czech style Pilsner dry hopped with Saaz.  
Warwick Wit (Orange) – 5.5%: A Traditional Belgian Wit that is complex and refreshing. 
FYT Pilsner – 5.0%: Award Winning* Unfiltered pilsner with floor malts, hopped generously with a flora noble hop.  
Red Tail Pale Ale – 4.9%: Clear, clean, and refreshing. Our American Pale Ale recipe that is dry-hopped with Citra. 
Songwriter Stout – 6.0%: Songwriter Stout is a Milk Stout duet fermented with Maple Guitar Wood. 
Edge of Shadows (Baltic-Porter) – 7.2%: Our Baltic Porter. This complex lager has a rich chocolate and nutty malt flavor. This went through our lager fermentation and we couldn’t be happier with the result! 
PHL to LHR (Brown Ale) – 5.3%: An English Brown Ale that uses the toastiest malts we could find. Expect a clean and drinkable ale that is packed with toasted, chocolate, and bread crust flavors. 
Doppelbock – 8.0% (12oz pour): Often referred as a beer that tastes like “liquid bread”. This lager has notes of toasted bread, toffee, and maltiness. 
Cranberry Shandy – 4.5%: A clean ale mixed with cranberry. 
Pickaxe Pils – 4.5%: Our original Dry-hopped Pilsner, Pickaxe Pils! 
Midnight Coffee Run – 7.4%: A Milk Stout aged on cinnamon and mostracoffee beans.
